Helmi and his wife and family are so nice. there's even a tofu restaurant small business in the front of the homestay, very cute. it's on the beach which is great, easy to rent snorkel gear (about 50k/day) and a motorbike (also about 100k/day). right next door to Blueshark diving, Dion and Jeffrey and the crew here are awesome. The snorkeling is also nice right at the reef at the property, just swim like 50-100m out (takes 5 mins). Amazing sunsets. Room is simple. A bit hot in the mornings. There's free coffee/water/tea. Bathroom is simple, just 1 bathroom shared with 3 rooms. i hope to stay again!

The staff were all very friendly and happy. They also picked me up from the airport in Manado. I did the evening and morning jungle trek via them, which were both great. My guide Gian was very knowledgeable about the animals and Forrest and spotted every animal that I wanted to see in the National park. The included breakfast was good, I also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty and for a good price. Can't recommend this guest house enough!

He is patient, knows the best times to go to different places, if possible will wait for other boats to leave so you have a more personal experience with the dolphins or the turtles, etc. Stefan’s family is lovely and will make you the best meals, always respecting your dietary choices. If you are very lucky Stefan might bring out his guitar after dinner.

Frangky's place is basic, so do not expect luxury, but everything works, everything is super nice and clean, you have a comfy bed with a mozzy net and I slept marvelously. Location is great, and Frangky will help you with anything you might need. Cute patio with greenery around it to enjoy your morning coffee and chill with a book. Will def come and stay again!
