The cabin is exactly what it says and more, set in a gorgeous nature reserve, only a short and easy drive from shops and about 20-30mins from Reykjavík. It had a very cosy and welcoming feel along with all we needed for days and evenings in during our 5 day stay over Christmas. When we come back to Iceland in the future I don’t think we would even look any further than staying here again - truly magical

Additionally, if you have a car, it is excellent. The area is nice and very close to the sea.

The beautiful room ( though the attic could have been a little bigger...anyway I would not deduct any points for that). The place had all the vibes we were looking for. We had great time staying for 2 days and exploring the golden circle as well as the capital city.
