A variety of animals and birds roam free in the garden at Villa San Marco. Agrigento centre is 3 km away. We were welcomed by a highly friendly Salvatore, son of the owners, everybody there was so friendly, the mother, the father who spoke very good french, we also met a daughter, a son-in-law, a grandson ...and all the animals on the estate, dogs, cat, guinea pigs, geese, little pigs, a peacoke...we felt very well there, at ease, like at home The view from the house, a house with so much character, the decoration, the distribution of the rooms...the view from the terrace was amazing and unique. At night fall, the temples from the valley lit up in a warm orangy colour, and that was so beautiful
