The property was built in 12th century and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The old church turned villa is a sight to behold. We had the best views in town while sipping on coffee on our very own terrace garden with tall trees. Everything from the vaulted ceiling to the painted floor tiles to the wood-carved bed in our room were dreamy and beautiful. Private breakfast overlooking the Amalfi coast and wine in the hot tub for sunset were unforgettable highlights. Luisa was a very gracious and helpful host and the staff were generally kind and most helpful. We also booked a daily car service from them and had a whole day exploring the busy coast towns at our own leisure with a polite and knowledgable driver. A true romantic getaway in Ravello, the most picturesque town the Amalfi coast has to offer.

Hotel was everything we expected and host Theresa was an absolute pleasure . Breakfast was lovely and dined in once , couldn't fault the food. Would recommend the limoncello class at the hotel.

There is also beautiful beach Fiordo di Furore only few minutes drive and plus a bit of walk, but it is worth it!! My wife and I stayed at La Dolce Vita 7 nights and tell you what we could stay there another month. Room was very spacious, fresh look and very clean. Every day the bed was done and freshness has been brought to the room which we wouldn’t even expect. Room with air conditioning system, big comfortable bed makes you feel like you’re staying in luxury resort. If you need and logistics questions, just ask Marco he will help you with everything. There are lots of buses, boats to go or come back from long walks - we did the Trail of the Gods and got the ferry and a bus back so we didn’t have to walk the route in reverse. Breakfast was truly amazing!! Every morning, lovely Teressa, (mum) was baking fresh sourdough croissants and other traditional homemade cakes. Fresh tomatoes, grilled courgette, mozzarella and ham was served along with omelette and parmesan cheese. Not mentioned about amazing coffee!!! Besides that you have still options with fresh fruits, yoghurt, toast, cereals etc. Marco and his family are very friendly, warm people and they always made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend La Dolce Vita!
