We visited in 1.4., but it was nicely warm. Owner was super helpful, we created emergency situation, but she immediately helped us and promptly solve it. Also, she organized taxi to the airport in 5:45 am for us. The taxi driver come precisely on time, everything was smooth. The property has not so many ratings here, so maybe that was the reason for lower price, but it is really good and worth of it.

The check in process was ideal considering our long travel day and unexpected delays. We wished we had more time to spend there. Pastry shop directly below us. A short walk to gelato. The apartment looks brand new and everything was spotless. I just finished a long trip (2 12 hour flights) and was very tired and had some problems with the code for the doors. But Valentina was very nice, she came over and helped me. Also the breakfast foods were refilled every day and I admit- I could have stayed longer just for the coffee. The house is not exactly in the historic center of Castel Gandolfo, but a 5 min walk is ok after a nice dinner. There are two seperate rooms in the same appartment, so its a great place if you travel alone, but probably even better if you share the whole apartment.
