Our experience in hakone wouldnt have been the same if we wouldnt have stayed in the hotel. Totally recommeded to get the dinner as there’re not much restaurants near by

Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property and guests can enjoy looking out into the traditional garden. Ueno Station is a 15-minute walk away. Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We had the traditional room which was very ample and comfortable. We enjoyed having the possibility to have breakfast (with different great options). Personal speak perfect English and are very helpful in answering our questions
