Both, the bed and futons were comfortable. The room was spacious, had a very nice bathroom with separate toilet and the cleanliness was exceptional. Very quiet also. There was a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well that was very handy. The location was nice, authentic Japanese neighbourhood with walking distance to the main shopping street.
