Opened in April 2014 after a thorough renovation, this ryokan features spacious guest rooms surrounded by tranquil mountains. It is a 7-minute walk to Takachiho Shrine and a 6-minute drive to Takachiho-kyo Gorge. Guests can use WiFi property-wide for free. Loved this accomodation private onsen and sauna were a treat. Dinner and breakfast were traditional Japanese and delicious. Were able to purchase wine on property which was reasonably priced and locally made. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
