He was super helpful and efficiently answered all our questions. The house is clean and cozy. It is bigger than it looks, we were in 5 and it was definitely spacious enough for us. The position is good (10 minutes walking from the beach).

The location was perfect. It's surrounded with convenient store and restaurants. The staff has perfect English and she's very helpful. We stayed there for only one night but will definitely stay here on our next Okinawa trip. Parking was 1,100 JPY but they already stated that on the site.

I rarely give a 10, but this place exceeded our expectations. It is more like an apartment building (so more recommended for families or group of friends). Staff is available but you don't necessarily have to interact with anyone throughout the whole stay (room access is provided via messaging). The room is big, clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer. Location-wise, it is at a walking distance from Kokusai Dori (the main street) and Tomari Port (to take a ferry to Kerama Islands for example). It is also at a 10-minute drive from the OKA airport and the staff provided a free-of-charge cab to and from the hotel. I highly recommend it for tourists that won't rent a car. Even though I didn't interact in-person with the staff, they proved to be extremely available and helpful in many situations when we asked for (i) an additional single bed in the room, (ii) drying racks, (iii) two cabs instead of one as we were in a group of four (so ourselves and our baggage wouldn't fit one car with the driver). Plus one of the rooms is open to all customers and has free snacks, beverages and ice cream.
