You have to really stay in this place as it is magical with all its history, quietness and views! Seunghwan was very kind and he orgenized a taxi for us to the train station and he also drove us to the village. We were also upgraded and had a whole house just for ourselves. The breakfests were very tasty and plenty. Really so not hesitate to stay in this place on the other side of the river even if you do not have a car, like we did not, and it was not a problem at all. Plus the futon beds were very comfortable :) Thank you for everything!

This was a big highlight on our holiday even if it was a short stay. The host is a caring person who treated us like family. We had a bit of a tight schedule and he helped us planning a trip to Hahoe village. The next morning we had to leave early with the bus because the trains were full due to the celebration of Chuseok. He took care of the taxi so we could go on comfortably. The place is brilliant and you can feel a serene vibe, like a good spirit is cuddling the place. I would really recommend it for anyone who loves culture and nature.

A recently renovated guest house in Gyeongju and within 8.8 km of Gyeongju World, Namuae features a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. With city views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The guest house has family rooms. Gyeongju is a "must see" if you want to go back in the traditions of South Korea. It is full of history, with the tombs of the Silla Dynasty. The Namuae Guest House is perfectly located to visit them and to visit the "live" part of the city, with several cute restaurants and coffee places in the neighbourhood. You can easily walk to Namuae from the Bus Intercity Terminal (10-15minutes). The owners are very friendly, and attentive. We have even had the chance to play some music :) The breakfast is nicely prepared by them. The Guest House itself is a traditional korean house, and that is exactly what we were looking for to experience. From near the Bus Intercity Terminal you can take a local bus to Bulguksa Temple and to the Seokguram Grotto, definitely worth the visit. We recommend the stay at Namuae Guest House :)

Hwarang Guesthouse is situated in Gyeongju, 22 km from Seokguram, 400 metres from Gyeongju Station, and 1.1 km from Cheomseongdae. It is set 4.6 km from Poseokjeong and features luggage storage space. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Gyeongju World is 8.1 km away. As other reviews have said, the owner Junny is very friendly! Her husband is also very helpful-- if you can speak a bit of Korean. We talked for a long time, got a bunch of recommendations and it made our trip so much better. Highly recommend!
