The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.

The Merzouga room had a washing machine nearby and access to a rooftop terrace. Wi-Fi was available on each floor, making our stay very comfortable. The shower had hot water, and the room was clean and well-maintained. There were also Moroccan slippers provided, which made walking around the room comfortable. Thanks to Mustafa, our stay was truly wonderful. He was very kind, frequently communicating with us via messages, carrying our heavy luggage to the room, and even preparing a lunch box for us in the morning. His excellent hospitality allowed us to have a relaxing time not only in Fes but also during our trip to Chefchaouen. I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting, including those coming from Japan!

He also suggested great restaurant around the location. They prepared us a breakfast to go (on the morning we were leaving so early we couldn't get breakfast). The attention to even the smallest details was greatly appreciated. Also, we had the best breakfast of our journey on the rooftop. Thank you for your dedication Zycho, we really enjoyed our time at your establishment and have no hesitation to promote your Riad!!
