The room was comfortable and we had a private bathroom. Air conditioner was very good and cooled the whole room in seconds. Great stay, great common areas.

She went above and beyond by recommending local spots and unique experiences that truly elevated our time in Kotor. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and spacious, with two bedrooms and a living area that comfortably fits five people. The view from the property was absolutely phenomenal!

The apartment rooms were quite clean and comfortable and AC was excellent in the hot summer. Very conveniently located near downtown by walking, 5-10 min only. The location was close to the town of Rovinj with a good connection by taxi boat or by car. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful beach, with the use of two beach lounger and one parasol in one of the beaches included in the price for the clients of Premium mobile homes. Although that particular beach was 200 to 300 m away from the pools, we found it much quiter and nicer.

The building is located on a small hill, and had a nice view. The owner was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Everything we needed was at a walking distance. Big bonus: the building has a gym which guests can access!!

An absolute must if you're in Northern Albania! This place is special and you notice it as soon as you walk in. The feeling of the whole place is great. We stayed two nights in the family room with our 2.5 and 5 year olds who had the best time in the bunk beds. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a family of four. We ended up wishing we would have stayed another night. Our girls absolutely loved all the animal feeding, walking with the geese (thanks, Vittoria!), the play areas, making friends with other kids and of course the food. The FOOD deserves a separate review as it's just an amazing experience. The dinners are plentiful and simply delicious. The only problem is that you just keep eating :) Everything is locally produced or sourced and you notice the freshness. The mushrooms, blueberry pasta (I know, we were equally surprised!) , baby goat, cheese, fruits and their home made bread and jams really stood out for us. Their locally produced wine is also a great option to combine with the food. Breakfast was also great and our kids especially liked this as it included eggs in many ways, pancake/donuts and great yogurt with local fruits. We'd love to be back some day and would highly recommend you go out of your way to visit this magical place!
