The unit is very secure, and the walls are thick, so you don't hear other tenants.There's reliable wifi, air conditioning, and a washing machine. I like to cook meals even when traveling, so it was great having a small kitchen for cooking that also has an oven. The secured parking area is a big bonus so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. Anna provided a ton of information about local places to eat and things to do.There's a nearby mall for anything you may need. Proximity to the beach (literally across the street) is a huge plus, and the area in general provides many local beach access points. The apartment complex is very close to a mosque, so you will hear the call to prayer throughout the day/evening. I didn't mind this and found the sounds soothing but it's good to know about. It's an active tourist/living area, so it won't be completely quiet, and the ambient noises aren't overwhelming. It's a really nice and cozy studio to come back to after a long day of island fun. I found it perfect for one person, and it would also be great for a simple romantic getaway. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and well equipted, the room and bathroom were spotless. The fresh flowers in the room were a nice touch and there are a lot of plants in the foyer + a supply of drinking water making it welcoming. The staff was nice and helpful and they provided us with beach towels and chairs as well. Parking is in the garage so the car stayed in shade. Would definitely stay again.

Matt and Yash who manage the place are friendly and willing to help with anything from recommending places worth visiting to helping us organize tours. When we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, it was Yash who came to our room to give us champagne, which was very nice. Very good place to stay in Mauritius in the Grand Baie area. As for the location, there is a store at the bottom of the building and there are 2 bakeries and several restaurants in the area. It is 10 minutes by foot to the beautiful Mont Choicy beach.

The property was very clean and secure felt like home away from home was well equipped. we had everything we needed. good family apartment and they even provided a crib for our son which was really good. the whole place was just amazing I can’t even put to words swimming pool was clean and they made sure we had it locked for kid’s safety which was a bonus and peace of mind while kids played outside. lovely 10day stay I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

The owners are incredible nice and very natural. Le Mandala is near to the best beach of the island, much better than Flic en Flac. It is also very near to very good restaurants, especially Luigi in the Mall. As a whole, we felt like at home. We recommend Le Mandala super super warmly.
