Esperanza the oner and the manager of this place is such a great host and she goes above and beyond to make feel at home. The free breakfast is a feast. Every day you get a different dish and there is such a variety to choose from . There are few kind of room., Some with a shared washroom and some with a private one. Make sure when you make the reservation that you choose the right one for you. We made a mistake and order the one with a shared washroom but luckily there was a room with a washroom available for us. San Cristobal is an amazing place with so much character .There are a lot of beautiful places to visit around and we booked 2 day trips through the hostel which were fantastic.
