Guests can access the campground via private entrance. We had a perfect stay at Camp Gecko. The private nature reserve is mind-blowingly beautiful, and the tents are great. As many reviews have stated, get the delicious braai packs, and ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy sunrise and sunset at the camp.

Desert Camp’s units have a private entrance and a kitchenette with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. All rooms are decorated with the colours of the Namib Desert and have power points for hairdryers and shavers. I liked everything, there was a restaurant and bar if you wanted to be social but each room was also eqipped with its own kitchen/braai area. I loved the AC in the room and the beautiful view

Some units have a fireplace. All units at the campground are fitted with a shared bathroom fitted with a shower. We used the campsite, very quiet and nice facilities. We were able to relax at the pool and had dinner at the lodge.
