While my driver was running late with an unexpected stop, they waited for me on the street to guide me to the apartment. They were always accessible for any questions during our stay and provided suggestions when I asked for them. The flat is centrally located between two areas of interest, Thamel and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Very easy to walk to both. The home is very clean, has windows in every room, and is in a modern building surrounded by older traditional brick buildings in an active area full of locals.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. - Great location in city centre - Andrew was really friendly and helpful host, he knows much about tourism and hiking in the mountains - It felt a little bit like a home share, I had my privacy respected and I was allowed to have guest in my room to discuss travel plans - The place is located near to the main roads but in a small side street that I calm and not noisy - room was large and clean, kitchen and bathroom were available - The price was great for the nice stay in this place - There was a good vibe in the place, a lots of positive energy, privacy and respect.

It’s a beautiful hotel, really nice clean rooms, well located. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Best food we’ve had in Nepal, and really good value for money. They even upgraded us to an en-suite room for no extra cost. Beautiful rooftop views.

His guesthouse also has a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. In the evenings, the living room transforms into a gathering spot where travelers from all over connect and share stories. If you’re traveling alone or want to experience Bhaktapur from a local’s perspective, Shekhar’s Shared Home is the perfect place.

Situated 200 metres from Hanuman Dhoka, Studio Apartment at UNESCO Heritage Site offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. It is set 200 metres from Kathmandu Durbar Square and features private check-in and check-out. When staying at the apartment, guests can use private entrance. Located right at Basatanpur Durbar Square, excellent well furnished facilities, efficient hot water tank/washing machine, spacious rooftop with a great view and ample clothes drying line. Very comfortable bed, very safe/clean premises, well equipped kitchen and welcoming owners who sent me a useful list of things to do in Kathmandu and responded to all my inquiries promptly. Thanks to them my luggage was kept safe until I left for my flight, for which I am ever so grateful. The property if often sold out, you would be lucky to get it, as I was.
