Clean, tidy and had all the essential facilities. We stayed here for 2 nights to complete the tongariro alpine crossing. The spa pool and sauna is a must try after a long hiking stay.

Met the hosts Ron and Allison on the last night and they are lovely friendly people.

Parking was around the side, getting the key from the lockbox was no issue.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and linens for a supplement. Greeted by Host Bernie on arrival, which was lovely. House it self was perfect for our group and well equipped. Not to mention the location itself was amazing and peaceful. We absolutely loved out stay so much that we will definitely be back.

The kitchen had everything needed for breakfast and simple dinners. Heat pump and electric blankets worked perfectly! 2 minute walk from pizzeria and a 5 min walk from some trails.
