Quiet, bush setting felt secluded but really only a few minutes to the Oneroa Village. Just perfect for 2 adults. Loved it

Fantastic apartment! We will stay here again if we come back to Waiheke! Perfectly located to walk to town in 2 minutes or the beach in 5 mins. You can see the beach from the apartment (villa 10) and everything was so clean and inviting. It was a pleasure to stay here, the bus stops is 1 minute walk away and it takes 5 minutes to get to the ferry (via bus) and only 25 mins if you’re walking. Close to all the amenities and restaurants, well worth staying here and a fantastic base for doing wine tours!

The chalet was bigger than expected. Super clean. Wonderful bed and bathroom. The view was magical. And at night the stars gazing wonderful. This place is perfect for a romantic, stress free break. And then there's the Canbana bath ... What a treat. The hosts, Steve and Hiedi went above and beyond to make this special.

Among the many wonderful accomodations on Waiheke Island, we chose Wild Thyme because they gave detailed information about the location and facilities, which made it easy for us to imagine what our stay would be like. AND Wild Thyme was PERFECT in every way! The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and were spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, while the place is located in a convenient area, shops and the beach of Onorea within walking distance. Most of all, Jules and Bruce were great hosts, being attentive and kind. It is all thanks to their welcome, my parents and I truly enjoyed an unforgettable vacation. Another BIG attraction is Jule's Wine Tour! The information is also written on the notebook provided in your room. I highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. She asked us about our wine preferences in advance and came up with the Perfect plan. We visited Allpress Olive Groves, Tantalus, Man O'War+lunch, Waiheke Gin Distillery and Passage Rock. It may have been partly because it was winter and the wineries were quiet, but Jules arranged with the winery staff to grant our selfish request to try wines(bubbles!) that were not on the regular tasting menu! She even arranged for us to taste limited edition gin at the distillery. She took us to hard-to-reach places in the east and south of the island, such as ManO'War and Passage Rock, where we enjoyed not only the drinks but also the charms of the island as a whole. It's only been a week since I returned home, but I already feel a strong desire to go back.

Clean, comfortable, & a warm welcome. This property is like a small boutique hotel ( separate from private residence) they have thought of absolutely everything. Welcome drinks and snacks in fridge. Extra towels, plenty of pillows, kitchen had everything you would need. The concept, design and execution of these studios was extraordinary. One ground level, the second raised up so both units have private, beautiful green scenery. Nice deck w roll out cover, bbq grill provided on your deck. Guest washing machine. High quality linens, toiletries, kitchen items. I can’t recommend this property enough, if you are lucky enough that it’s available, book it!

The cottage had character. Very cute and facilities in kitchen plus BBQ area great for evening, if we were not eating out. Great shower and comfortable beds.
