I have never experienced such kind helpful staff. Manuel goes above and beyond to help. When we arrived we were having contacting a airline to arrange a ticket refund- he could not have been more helpful and with success. Whilst in Panama we were subject to petty crime and Manuel contacted the Police and came with us to the station to make a statement . We had a bigger room . It was quiet, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The WiFi worked well and the room had air-con. The kitchen was well equipt and we cooked a few meals. The staff will do your laundry on site for $6 a load. Excellent location- lots of shops ( food stores) and restaurants nearby. Via Argentina is a 10-15min walk. All in all we were so pleased that we chose Hostel IBRAIS - we came back for another stay! (Manuel stored our bags and had helped organise a San Blas tour)

Perfect place to visit Panama City. Its not in the old town but that is just the thing we liked. We stayed between the high buildings and are really close the metro station to move wherever we wanted.

Easy to walk around the area and hit the Cinta Costera. It's very quiet and it has an elevator (which i'm told is rare for the neighbourhood). They allowed luggage storage the day of my departure at another property of theres 200m away. The apartment has everything including a kettle, coffee pot, cups, etc

The apartment is very spacious. Air conditioning in every room, large and comfortable beds, a nice terrace. The host was very good. The location is wonderful. It’s the third time we’ve stayed in the same building when visiting Panama City. The best option in terms of location.

Very comfortable. Gated with parking. The host met me at the gate, and was very friendly. The neighborhood was great. Many restaurants were nearby. About 10 minutes, by foot, is a really cool park. Huge with gardens, running and bike paths, shaded sitting areas and a soccer field.
