The bed and breakfast provides mountain views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The room had an amazing view on the sunrise and the lake. The hosts were super helpful and they prepared us a very good dinner and breakfast. Would really recommend to spend a night in taquile and stay at Mario and Julia.

The location is perfect (just a short distance from the lake) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A highlight was booking our Lake Titicaca tour directly with Ursula, highly recommend! The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was the perfect start to our days. I would definitely suggest booking here!

Anyone visiting this area should treat themselves to a stay on one of the floating islands. Our stay here, with Willie and his lovely family was fantastic. We stayed in one of the two rooms he built on his island. The room is large and all sides are windows so you can look out on the lake from anywhere. The bed is big and so comfortable with many warm blankets. We visited in rainy season and while we did get rain, we also got a fair bit of sun as well. The room is warm in the day but gets quite cold at night (January) but there is a propane heater that works well. The electricity and hot water are solar powered and even though there was rain, we always had hot water. This is an all inclusive so breakfast, lunch and dinner were included. Willie's wive is an amazing cook and we enjoyed every meal and they were generous portions. Willie took us out on the lake twice, once for a demo of how the floating islands are built and once to tour the various islands. This really is a wonderful way to spend a day or 2 on the lake. We highly recommend choosing this property.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. I had the most beautiful time on Amantani island thanks to Jose Luis and Pilar. They are both so attentive and kind! Jose Luis came to meet me at the port and help with my bags and Pilar sent me off. I am vegan and they even cooked vegan meals for me and I learned weaving from Pilar. We spent such special time together. The rooms are clean and the views are amazing!!! A home away from home and I consider them family now. Can't wait to return.

Isaac and Gladys have created an amazing place, designed to make you feel welcome and cosy. Isaac also took us on an island boat tour and Gladys prepared the most delicious food. You dont stay at the Uros islands expecting a conventional 5 star hotel experience, you go there to experience something you will never forget! Gracias para todos!

Contemporary with a nice kitchen and dining area. On the second floor is a living room with an impressive view of the lake. Beds they are big and comfortable. Mother and son are the owners. The son was always available. To order a taxi, take us to the store or the chicken restaurant nearby. He was close to us and early in the morning to see us off and make sure everything was ok. Great guys. Highly recommend!
