Fare Titaina is an excellent choice in Moorea! Great value for very reasonable cost. The bungalow is up to date, spotless, well-screened with windows on three sides, with good, quiet A/C, a comfortable bed and lounger, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely lanai with dining table and chairs overlooking the garden. Harold is an exemplary host! We really enjoyed talking with him and hanging out with him for a morning on his boat. He knows Moorea as well as anyone, and can take you to all the good places. Also, the dog Reef took great care of us too. Just awesome. Harold set us up with bikes for our visit, which we used to get to the ATM and public beach a bit less than a mile away. The little store just a quick walk up the small road is a gem, where you can get pretty much everything you might need. Restaurants on Moorea are expensive so we appreciated being able to prepare meals chez nous.

La villa est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue, avec une piscine et une vue imprenable sur la mer — et même sur les baleines pour les plus chanceux ! Chaque matin, un délicieux petit-déjeuner nous était offert, accompagné de fruits frais. La villa dispose d’une machine à laver, et le ménage ainsi que le changement de serviettes ont été proposés plusieurs fois durant notre séjour, ce qui témoigne du soin apporté au confort des voyageurs. Nos hôtes ont été disponibles à tout moment, toujours avec bienveillance. Nous avons eu la chance de faire plusieurs sorties en kayak avec eux pour découvrir les environs — une attention rare et précieuse — et les kayaks étaient également à disposition en libre accès.

This is the best place to stay in Moorea ! The entire house is very clean, quiet. People are respectful. I felt really like home. You have everything you need to cook, do your laundry. Less than 20min walk to the Tipaniers Beach, 10min walk to a convenient store.

An absolute gem in the mountains of Moorea! The location and the whole property are like a dreamy oasis. You can see the love for detail in every corner, and you have all the amenities you need for a relaxed stay :) the rooms are spacious, same as the bathroom and everything was super clean. The true highlight is Sarah’s hospitality! She has the best insider tips and made my stay on Moorea very special :) she helped organize several activities and was always up for answering questions. Communication before was also very good, as I needed to move my dates and Sarah went beyond and above to help me out. Would always come back and I am very grateful to have chosen Fare Haurevaiti for my stay on Moorea! P.S. if you love stargazing this is the place for you.

We loved Moorea, had we known, we would have stayed a week instead of just 4 days. The staff and service at Linareva is exceptional. There is a beautiful tranquil family run atmosphere. These cottages are perfectly equipped (even milk frother with coffee machine). We loved kayaking (provided) and snorkeling (there is some older gear, better bring your own) on the coral around the blue hole. It was sometimes so wind still that the surface of the sea looked like a lake. You can catch lovely sunsets from the pier. We would absolutely stay there again. Note: you will need a car, to get there, for grocery shopping but also to get to all the great spots on Moorea: drift snorkel, boat rental (cheap at Hotel Les Tipaniers), restaurants … We rented at Avis.com collecting the car at the ferry terminal, returning at the airport, and it was super easy and quick.
