Set in Panubigan in the Visayas region, Mt Kanlaon View in a Modern Loft Farmhouse features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. This place was such a charm! The house itself is tastefully appointed with all the facilities you need for a peaceful stay. Including a generator for power interruptions common for a remote area in the Philippines. The location cannot be beaten for a view of Mt Kanlaon… stunning morning views. But the stay would not have been the same without the personal touches added by the caretaker Ryan. Ryan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was also a perfect guide to visit secret natural wonders on the hike up the mountain/volcano. He was also able to arrange car hire for local sight seeing with a lot of great suggestions. It is quite isolated and as a foreigner Ryan was so helpful to provide cultural insights and translations for travelling in the area. Made us feel so much more at ease. Cannot recommend this place enough with Ryan as part of the package. He was respectful, helpful and responsive at all times. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏽

The place is modest but turned out to be very comfortable for us. It had everything we needed. The beds where comfortable and the Kitchen well stocked. Aircon worked good. TV was good. Hot water all around. Overall a comfortable two nights. Would come again.

Sir Adrian is the nicest guy! A 10/10 score is not enough for everything that the owner and the place has to offer. We loved our stay and would've probably stayed 2 weeks or a month if only possible. We came with in with a lot of stuff and food and the owner got us a bigger fridge even if we didn't ask for it. We inquired if there's an oven toaster and the next day he bought a brand new one. During check out we were even allowed to extend 2 hours without charges. Going to and from the property, we were fetched and dropped off to our next destination by Sir Adrian himself, with no added fees. This is the place to be when going to Valencia.

So clean everywhere in this place. We stayed in the nice budget tent, but next time I will stay in the big glamping tents which have ensuite and so beautiful. Pool is the cleanest water I have seen. Staff were very helpful, and we beat them at ping pong. The beach too is real sand. Very good value thx.
