Location was superb, right in the heart of Chinatown, with cheap eats and buys. Blue MRT station Chinatown was just downstairs of the hotel (brown MRT station Maxwell within walking distance). Room was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Bed was super comfy. Check-in suprisingly smooth. Was worried about the digital key, but it worked like a charm. Wifi speed was top! Loved that they put a full body mirror behind the room door. Staff was sooo friendly and quite responsive. Shout-out to Yani, Mary and Maica - service level 10/10!!! Thank you so much for making my stay unforgetable <3

シンガポールのKampong GlamにあるHeritage Collection on Arab - Mobile App Check-Inは、3つ星のお部屋（無料WiFi利用可）を提供しています。近くにはシンガポール・アート・ミュージアム、MRTシティ・ホール駅、ムスタファ・センターがあります。一部のお部屋には市街の景色を望むバルコニーがあります。 Heritage Collection on... 1週間強こちらに滞在したが全体的に過ごしやすかった。 ・スタッフ対応が迅速かつ丁寧だった。whatsappを利用して荷物の一時保管を依頼したり洗濯機の使用方法が分からず質問するとすぐ返信がきた。 ・設備は部屋に洗剤パウダーがあり、洗濯機・乾燥機が無料で使用できたのが有り難かった(有料のホテルもあったので)。カトラリーも一通り揃っているので軽食を取る分には困らなかった。 ・すぐ近くにモスクがあり1日3回ほどお祈りが聴こえてくるので人によっては気になるかもしれない。個人的には慣れて問題なかった。 ・建物の入口、エレベーター、部屋などの鍵はデジタル式でセキュリティがしっかりしている印象。

Fantastic place. Quiet, spotlessly clean with a lovely pool and gym. It’s a short stroll along the river to Robertson Quay or a little further to Clark Quay. A $10 Grab gets you to most attractions but the MRT is just across the road and so easy to use. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the self serve coffee and chilled drinks available thru’ the day were amazing. Also amazing was “happy hour”. From 6-8pm the breakfast bar transforms into a self serve bar with cocktail “fixings” (all your fave top shelf stuff) and wine or beer on offer. As well, they bring out a variety of nibbles (hot and cold). My one complaint would be the standard “rock hard” hotel bed. But the housekeeper bought me a huge duvet and I used that as a topper pad so it was all good 🙌

The facilities in the property very children friendly. Only some minor things to improve for the noise made from the snooker ball falling. The toilets must have extra cloth to wipe water because the floor is a bit slippery for small children and old people. Overall, the property is good. We did not have the chance to go to the swimming pool because our time are limited. Also, because it was raining.
