This holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 2 bathrooms equipped with a bidet. The property has an outdoor dining area. Extremely spacious, clean, & modernized rooms. Nok was kind to let us check-in early and met us quickly. Central location so very nice to also walk to shops / restaurants / the main beach.

Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, the units at the guest house have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms will provide you with a terrace. Incredible location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pier in the opposite direction. Right next to a really popular restaurant, Banana Bar, with plenty more just a stone’s throw away. Noise levels will always depend on the neighbours you get (we were lucky and it was super quiet), but you definitely won’t hear anything from the main road! Amenities all supplied, including a microwave and plenty of plates/cutlery. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower, air con was perfect. For an island stay this had absolutely everything we needed. Our host was so, so helpful. My dad cut his finger open and she showed up on her bike to take him to the clinic and then came back to get me. She asked on our first day when the best day and time for cleaning would be, and when we cancelled the cleaning she still brought toilet rolls and clean towels for us and left them outside. It was our first time on the island as we wanted to see if we liked it, and having this place as our base definitely helped us relax in a new environment and is part of the reason we’re looking forward to returning.

Among the facilities at this property are private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Fantastic space. Large, private, comfy. Really beautifully decorated to make you feel like you were in a cosy and unique space. Host really responsive and kind. It had plenty of drinking water available, and I loved their focus on sustainability, eg. Recycling and reusable water bottles.

Every room includes a private bathroom with a bath or shower and bidet, with slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer provided. The staff was really warm and welcoming. The location was great because it was close to the ocean, and there were separate towels and slippers in the room, so it was convenient to go swimming. If I go back, I would definitely book the same accommodation.

The 2-star guest house features city views and is less than 1 km from Sai Kaew Beach. The guest house offers a restaurant serving Thai cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. This hotel is in a very convenient place - right next to the pier, a shop and a cafe. It is easy, as when you get to the island, you do not need to get a taxi and can easily rent a motorbike close to the hotel. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and then booked for three more. The room has Netflix and Youtube, they also provided an additional bed for our 4 year old. The ladies provided water and clean towels every day and cleaned the room once in two days. We are not fancy travelers, we really enjoyed the stay and also Koh Samet.

This guest house features a daily housekeeping service for added convenience. Everything. This was just what I needed. A little hidden away set of bungalows right next to the beach. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was clean and had everything you need. Minnie herself runs a little bar and restaurant on the small beach here which I frequented. It's close to the pier and town enough to walk but you can also rent a bike like I did. You sleep soundly as you are far from any music and nightlife. One of my favourite ever stays.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Sai Kaew Beach. Great location, set back of Main Street but so close to street and beach. We rented bikes and drove around the island each day - great stay
