Offering garden views and a garden, Palm Garden Bungalows is set in the Saladan district of Ko Lanta, 1.3 km from Relax Bay Beach and 7 km from Saladan School. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Police Station is 7.3 km away and Lanta Old Town is 11 km from the chalet. Nice bungalows with peaceful surroundings , we stayed around 2 weeks there. The price was very reasonable for what you get so Perfect for budget travelers ‚ probably one of the cheapest option on koh lanta but you still get everything you need (fridge, kettle, cutlery ect…). Mattress was big and comfortable with completely enclosed mosquito net. Hot and cold water shower was always working with very good pressure. Maik the owner was very friendly and communicative, changing towels and rubbish bags regularly or when asked for. Location was perfect for us - quiet / but still close to mainroad / beaches. Walking distance to cafe and few restaurants but You do need a scooter to get around more but that’s everywhere on koh lanta… scooters are available there as well. Keep in mind this is a typical Thai style bungalow hut! If you have problems with facing a little gecko inside the room every now and then you might be better off looking for some more luxurious hotel accommodation paying at least 3x the price or traveling to another country instead.

Facilities and Rooms:Having our own mini private pool is a plus. Towels and toiletries available, can cook The villa has everything we need. Highly recommended for those family who prefers quiet environment.

The room was so clean and smelling SO SO SO good when we arrived, we felt like home. Our room had a great bathroom, a small kitchen and an AMAZING view of the sea and a balcony. Everything there was perfect. We could notice that everything was new and they really thought about the guests when they build this location! It is really in a front of the sea, there are many good restaurants at the beach (just a few minutes walking), the pier to Railey beach is 2 minutes walking and there are 7-11 and some small marts around the hotel. The breakfast was enough for us (we asked for scrambled eggs and omelette, both with bacon) and they had some fruits, biscuits and snacks, besides that juice and yogurt, which means, really enough! They also gave us free water and coffee (Starbucks capsules) in the room. We travelled through whole Thailand, from Bangkok, to the north, and the main beaches and, by far, THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL THAT WE HAVE EVER BEEN! Really a paradise in Krabi! Oh, we forgot to mention the pool. It is amazing!!! Kaew is a great and really lovely host!!! They made us feel like home!

A few steps from Klong Nin Beach, Walden Koh Lanta - Tiny Homes by the Sea is a recently renovated property located in Ko Lanta and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Set on the beachfront, this property features free bikes. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The location is perfect and is situated in the middle of main strip with beach restaurants either side and an excellent selection on the main road behind. The beach is spotless with beautiful golden sand and the sea only a few strides away. Perfect for an early morning swim. The cabins are small yet compact with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. They have a lovely ginger Manx cat which made us Manxies feel right at home!

My 2 weeks stay in Cashewnut Tree Bungalows I recently stayed for 2 weeks at the family house in Cashewnut Tree Bungalows and had a very relaxing time. The owners are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. They offer a wide range of services, including scooter rentals, boat trips, elephant rides in the rainforest, various minivan or ferry connections to other cities or airports, diving trips, and numerous local attractions with plenty of recommendations. The resort also provides laundry services at a very reasonable price. The resort area itself is very peaceful, which helped me relax completely. It is centrally located in the southern part of Koh Lanta, near many restaurants, souvenir shops, 7-Eleven store, bars, and beautiful beaches. You can easily visit each of the beaches by scooter, which is very convenient. The location is relatively close to the national park and a waterfall, both of which are worth visiting. During my stay, I explored the entire island and found that the southern part is much more peaceful than the northern part. The resort provides internet access, but in the family house where I stayed, the connection was the weakest among all the bungalows. The speed was around 7 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Sometimes, I had to use my mobile internet for work. However, for regular internet use, the provided connection should be sufficient, with speeds up to 310 Mbps claimed by the owners in the other bungalows. In summary, Cashewnut Resort is very well organized, and the owners are very helpful. During my stay, I had an issue with my scooter, and the owners immediately assisted me by facilitating communication with the local Thai people, which was a great help. I could always count on their support. If I return to Koh Lanta, I will definitely visit Cashewnut Tree Bungalows again.

Featuring garden views, Kohjum Freedom Resort offers accommodation with terrace, around 100 metres from Andaman Beach. With city views, this accommodation features a balcony. It was a little away from the bungalows and next door to a very good restaurant (Driftwood). Motorbike rental was easy (250 baht/day) and the bike was in good condition. Beach was a short ride down to Delight Bungalows. Laundry was done in a day for 80 baht/kg.
