The hotel is ran by two brothers were incredibly helpful in helping to organise day trips/ hot air balloon, nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly and treated us like we were their family. There are two gorgeous golden retrievers at the property as well that made the trip extra special. Breakfast is exceptional.
