Breakfast was very nice (normal plates and cutlery, not the plastic ones). Very well located. Some comments mentioned the roosters crowing close to the hotel- there are soo many roosters around Key West, if you stay downtown, that's just a thing you'll experience and is not related to this hotel ;) + we slept very well! Parking was ok. It's a 15min walk from the hotel and located in a parking garage. Dropped off our suitcases, all easy.

The Artist House guests will enjoy a daily continental breakfast and spa hot tub. Breakfast was very nice and both days it was different, giving some good variety. Sitting outside on the patio was lovely and the staff was very friendly!
