The receptionists were very kind and answered very kindly to our all questions like where we can exchange money or rent a bike etc. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use pool but all was good aside from that.

Great communication from Edward, Ruby and everyone else from the beginning of the booking til checkout letting us know they were there whenever we needed anything. Was a breeze checking in and out. Highly recommend staying here over a typical hotel. The value and personal service makes staying here a no brainer.

I had a truly comfortable 4 days and 3 nights here. Without a doubt, I’ll return to Truc Home on my next trip to Da Nang.
