I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a layover in Erevan. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. Sarkis will pick you up from the airport and bring you back. The drive is short and straightforward with no busy traffic. All safe and sound! Highly recommended!

Very nice guest house, with kind and gentle owners. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable and very practice. They have very nice garden with barbeque place to make barbeque. I recommend for sure and we will go back there. We are very satisfied. I heard about armenians only good things, so I can prouve that they are very nice people with a big heart. The best option to spend time between flights, next to airport, transfer from airport is fast, in time and free. Clean, calm and comfortable place. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay near the airport for good money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left the room at night to find out I had a flight delayed till noon, so I called them and they let me back in. Definitely will return.
