I have had a very pleasant stay here. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms have a lot of space, a fantastic shower and also a fantastic breakfast with lots of choice and the possibility to order almost everything you would like. Special thanks to Fernando and his team for helping with and joining me to the football match in Estadio 11 Novembre and for organizing all the transport I asked for. Also thanks for the great communication and the excellent service (early check in and late check out for example) all the time. Obrigado!!

Everything was just above my expectations. I was a little worried because it is a new listing but this flat is absolutely a 5 star hotel. the best location anyone in Luanda could hope for, EPIC SANA hotel is just in front of the building, many ATM, restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Ilha beach and the famous marginal is just 4 minutes walking. I just had the best stay ever in Luanda, I am coming back to your place Denia. Absolutely stunning.

Extremely helpful staff and management that offer all the services a traveller needs (exchanging money, airport transfers, safe luggage storage). The guest rooms have air conditioning to make the stay very comfortable. The property feels very secure on the inside. Very easy to get to using inexpensive public transportation that passes constantly. Some very interesting travellers can be met at the property.

We had an excellent time. The location is great with an expensive but good supermarket nearby and others in the vicinity. The breakfast was basic but met our needs. The cleaning and laundry staff especially were very attentive. The "Italian" restaurant next door (nothing to do with the guesthouse) was our worst meal experience in Luanda during 8 days so would recommend going a little further afield if you intend to eat out in the evening.
