Very central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is beautiful and comfortable. We really liked the shower head and the lamp (would really appreciate it if you could share the brand and model). The closed balcony with a view to the sky is so beautiful.

Truly spectacular breakfast, extreme variety of fruits, fine bakery, great coffee. Best possible location in town: reachable by car (although even temporarily you can only park across the street), and in the middle of downtown. The room was small but very comfortable, the ceiling has tiny lights like the stars far away when the lights are off completely. The sauna was perfect after a skiing day. The restaurant/bar has very good service and food. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I am back on Innsbruck again.

We was traveling with our 10month old son and I asking for a baby bed for our little boy. When we arrived to the room, there was everything prepared for staying with little kid. Not only bed, but also diaper changing mat and baby stair gate. Room was very clean and really nice. All staff was very kind and the possibility to see the cows was something in addition.
