A huge villa with a great atmosphere, with a living room where everyone can sit together. Nice and well-equipped kitchen, nice rooms and owners available to help with anything. There is a huge and lovely patio and a wonderful yard with lots of inviting seating areas. We were 7 adults and a baby and the place was great for us.

I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants and eating here is comparable if not better. It was a joy to go for food every meal. They even have a snack, which is a meal, after the slopes, 3-5. Awesome hotel with great views and rooms and the staff are super.

We arrived the guesthouse early and the host greeted us with her dog, Charlie. The apartment comes with a kitchenette and common area, which attaches the two bedrooms. The host also helped us to arrange a taxi to Jenbach station as we had to catch the next day’s early train.

Owner and staff were all nice to me, being a senior, Asian American. Breakfast was buffet style with made to order eggs and bacon. Mountain view from balcony is big plus, it was clean and food was delicious. English is well spoken. It was a second stay at this hotel and will return again.

    Very comfortable and spacey apartment with nice a cozy bedroom and a very well equipped kitchen. Very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful surroundings and an amazing view from the terrace. A small but nice thing to mention - even the toilet paper holder has a shelf for your phone :-)

    This is an apartment with an amazing view of the Zillertal Valley from a beautiful, large, covered terrace and all the rooms as well. The place was spacious, spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful week to discover the area and do some fantastic walks. Christina was very helpful recommending hikes and areas of interest. Hart is quiet, serene, peaceful and a short drive up from Fugen. The place is even more amazing than the photos suggest. We really didn't want to leave...

    Beautiful location, very clean apartment, kind hosts, everything was great. The apartment was on the ground floor, set outside of the village, note that you need snow chains if there is snow on the road, maybe 4x4 would manage without. Nevertheless, the location is great, very quiet, the apartment has everything you need.

Lukas (owner) was of absolute help for us starting with all needed information for check-in but also giving helpful tip on where to go, where to eat where to do groceries etc - like a Siri always there! :)
