Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy. the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter

We got a free upgrade, which is always a bonus. Spacious, and plenty of crockery and cutlery (whihc helps with a full-size dishwasher). Electirc Vehicle charging was also welcome (though we didn'tneed to use the car durign the stay). Very well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the ski slope or bus stop

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming, small, family-run hotel, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Special regards go to Robert, who was extremely attentive to our requests. What surprised us is that a month prior to our stay he asked if we have booked a New year eve party already and we said we didn't, he help us arrage everything and it was a great memorable party. Thank you, Robert, you the man! I hope this place stays the same so I can travel there every winter! For those travelling to Sankt Anton - visit WellCom spa center. It is too cheap to be true.
