The place offered a lot of parking spots front or around. It looks like new. Super clean, beds really comfortable. We needed and asked twice to the stuff for some things we needed and they were really helpful and nice. We definitely would stay again.

Beautifully decorated old villa, top design, very modern, nice and clean. Very comfortable bed, room with a balcony and a great view. There is a free internet connection, although on the booking site says there is no WiFi,so that was extra nice surprise.

Very welcoming host. Maria is very helpful & warm. We enjoyed staying in this guest house. There are 3 guest rooms on the floor and a common kitchen / comfortable living room & bathroom are available. All is new & fresh. For us it was transit stay. Highly recommended taking into account so expensive accommodations in Swiss just behind the river ;-) and free car parking space.

My fourth stay in this hotel. The first two rated 10, the third one rated 1 due to very cold room upon arrival with no heating. This time, I made a mistake and booked a room from 15/3 to 16/3. Found out upon arrival on 14/3, lucky to be able to rebook. However, the hotel did not refund the initial booking. Enjoy my money. You are a good hotel, but you have just lost a client who could stay regularly while crossing lustenau twice a month.

    The afternoon check-in staff were very polite and considerate. The room was large, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. We had a Chinese buffet dinner there and it was very tasty, catering for all culinary needs. Breakfast was included in the price and was a good selection of tasty dishes.

    The location is not downtown, but it is ideal with car, it has quite a lot of parking spaces and you can reach the neighbouring places easily. The room was clean and practical, just like I experienced in other Holiday Inn hotels. Breakfast is great, you have a lot to choose from. I especially liked the fine selection of juices.
