The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and amazing!!! The train station is in 5-7 minutes walk from the accommodation. The city centre is in 20-25 minutes walk but you can use buses and trolley buses without any trouble.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. Gentle Hide exceeded all my expectations! The breakfast was the best spread I’ve ever encountered, with fresh and delicious options that set the perfect tone for the day. The staff were truly exceptional. Andrea and Miriam at the front desk were the friendliest and always made sure we had everything we needed. Anastasia, who managed the buffet, was so sweet and ensured we were well taken care of every morning. Vivian, the owner, was incredible!
