Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

It was more like a flat than an apartment it had everything you need. Two good supermarkets within walking distance. Good crockery and cutlery Quiet Great place to keep bicycles. Good clean bathroom Great host Made the day .

Fantastic location, you can literally ski to the entrance of the ski room. 5 mins walk to everything you need. Great eye for details, from the amazing breakfast with everyday something new to explore to the coat hanger on the balcony.

Gorgeous view from our room and terrace. Super clean and modern. Comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They included gratis cable car passes and we climbed up and down mountains on cable cars. Best vacation of my life.

It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine. If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

Ms.Sarah was very nice to us, kind and helpful. The studio was new, clean, fully equipped. We appreciated the coffee machine with excellent coffee. Towels, bed linen available. Parking right next to the house. Beautiful view of the town and surrounding mountains in a quiet location. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thanks Sarah

    Large and wonderful apartment, fully eqiupped, very clean. Great location near 'subway' station, outdoor swimming pool and nice playground. Nothing to complain, we recommend.

    Room was very spacious and well stocked. There was loads of storage space. The view from room 7 was incredible. The kids (2 & 3) loved the playroom. The spa was fantastic, given the size of the property generally. The location was ideal for accessing the murmli park and for restaurants. The U-bahn station is close enough that getting to the pistes is manageable, particularly if using the storage facilities at the Check-In centre at base of cable car station.
