    The property was spotlessly clean. It was the perfect location for our needs and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Ken and Robyn were brilliant hosts! We chatted and enjoyed their company as much as the rest of the stay.

    Very friendly hosts, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast range, and great facilities. Very affordable place to stay, easy to get to and from Ipswich.
