Lovely self contained annex - all very modern and beautifully designed. Fantastic breakfast supplies - full carton of milk (checked in advance what sort we wanted), fresh bread, muesli and fruit, ground coffee etc. So thoughtful. Lovely quiet residential road just back from the waterfront walk into town. Perfect location. We loved it. Robert and Caroline very welcoming and gave loads of information to help us enjoy our stay.

This place is just perfect! It has everything you need including the outdoor tub which is amazing. Very private. Lots of space to roam and see the gorgeous cows and alpacas. Excellent value for money. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The location is excellent and the property is luxurious. The outdoor bath is private and such a treat. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. We found the spaces for socialising and relaxing to be spacious, comfortable and welcoming.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed this accommodation choice. Vicki was very helpful, responding to some questions we had before arrival quickly, and the kitchen amenities, etc, provided made the stay very comfortable.

    Spaciousness as we had a large family group n two separate living areas was great for us. Very clean n well appointed kitchen. There was a front n rear deck n plenty of outfoor furniture to relax in. Having a lawned area at the back n completely fenced meant our little ones could play safely. Everyone was impressed with the facilities and location set across from a lovely park. We all had the best time staying at The Beach House and would stay here again
