Everything. We had the home, it was spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and the view, spectacular. The gardens are maintained so well, I loved strolling through each morning. The animals were an absolute hits with both kids and adults. The baby ducklings stole the show. Ann was an incredible host, given up so much of her time to ensure we were getting the most out of our time there. Even, personally walking us to the hidden lagoon path at the end of the street. We can’t wait to come back.

Everything was incredible! Such a cool place to stay. Everything is extremely clean and tidy, Super spacious with little extras like a balcony, bbq and a fire pit. Wes the host was very helpful with local knowledge. The location is excellent, literally three blocks to the centre of town, I highly recommend staying at this place

    A lovely place for the mini break we needed. We were made very welcome in this peaceful location. The trains occasionally passing within sight did not spoil the atmosphere and in fact added a lively bit of interest every now and then. It's a short distance out of town so the inclusion of breakfast was very welcome. With just two two- person carriages available it will never be crowded. Beautifully clean, modern and very comfortable with just one step up from the driveway.

    A wonderful couples retreat amongst the tall blackbut trees. If you’re a train buff like me you will be happy here. The red carriage was spotless and bed so comfortable. Top quality bed linen. . Loved extra large shower and modern bathroom. The Fire Pitt was a treat, we had cheese and wine around the fire. Dave and Diane have thought of everything. They supplied tea coffee, hand made cookies, breakfast is in the fridge. There are cards, a large outdoor table for chess, a tv, a platform train spotting, a pool.

    comfy bed.secluded quiet location, spotlessly clean with very good facilities in the carriage, all our needs catered for. Our host was very welcoming with lots of information about the venue and surrounding area. It was a pity we didn't have time to explore.
