Welcoming, friendly staff. Manager offered to carry our suitcases up the stairs when we arrived as there was no lift. The staircase is beautiful. He showed us where to go so that we could use the back stairs after hours. We ordered dessert and manageress offered us room service for it which was great.Guest review byVieuxYoung couple
