The property is big and lots of space. It is closed to the Richmond Station, however, the Sydney City, it is really far, needs a car to get around. The staffs are awesome and very helpful. Our room was cleaned.

The residence is very well located, close to the nice walk along the Neapan river, quiet, clean, nice facilities. There is also a range of very good cafes and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk, as well as the center of Penrith and the train to Sydney or the Blue Mountains within a 5 minutes Uber, 30-40 minutes walk or bus ride. The cabin was clean and functional. The reception and the availability of the staff was incredible. Nothing to complain about. I am a woman traveling alone and I felt at home at Neapan shore. Thanks again to Kristy, who is a true angel and who guided me on a lot of things during my stay. And to all the lovely staff and residents I met. If you are looking for a place to call home for your stay in Penrith, you have come to the right place. I forgot to mention the nice swimming pool which is appreciated on hot days! ;-)
