Good communication in advance of arrival. Very Friendly welcome and interaction during the stay. Lovely house with a nice view over the paddocks next door. Loved the books about the history of the clarence valley.

After a long day at Grafton jacaranda festival with the pipe band, the hot tub was a lovely relaxing way to end the day, rooms were quiet, some nice breakfast crockery and cutlery. Rooms were spacious, clean.

Property was so clean and very quiet. Location was central and parking off street was easily accessible. Cannot fault anything. They even put fresh milk in the fridge and they had a coffee pod machine.

Was absolutely amazing and the location on the river was awesome.

I liked having the two separate bedrooms. The water pressure was good and the lounge was comfy. The bed was comfortable too.
