Apartment was really nice & cozy! As it was a bussines trip it was important we could relax and rest well after work. It is equipped with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials you'll need. Wifi was fast. Designated parking is right in front of the building.

I absolutely loved everything about the apartment and only regret not staying for longer!!! I was in Blagoevgrad for work and needed central accommodation from which I could both do remote work and access the American University. As soon as I walked in on a rainy November day, I knew I'd have no problem staying in and working. The Internet connection was strong and I had no issues with Zoom meetings. The apartment is modern and thoughtfully decorated and made me feel at home away from home. I appreciated that there was a comfortable dedicated actual workspace and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything I may have needed. The host was super helpful and communicated clear directions on how to reach and access the apartment. There was plenty of space to store my clothes and other items and the lighting was superb (not something I usually pay attention to but it made an impression on me in this apartment). Again, I loved it and will gladly stay here again when I return to Blagoevgrad. Next time, I'll definitely stay for longer so I can have more time to explore the town in addition to working.

The apartment is perfect, everything is new, the beds are very comfortable and is very clean. We loved the fact that we even had an expesso machine and complimentary coffee, sweets and a bottle of water. Also for us the garage was a big plus. We will definitely be back again.Thank you for everything!

Stylish and cozy apartment, located in the heart of the city center. Super convenient, walkable distance to everything you need. The whole vibe of the apartment is very welcoming and all details were carefully designed and put together. We had a lovely stay, we felt at home and we enjoyed nice walks in the area around the apartment - large pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, parks and everything you need for an amazing short stay in Blagoevgrad!

    The apartment is very clean and comfortable because we got an own house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace is cozy to spend the evenings outside. The host is very friendly and flexible. Everything was perfect.

    the food is great, and the location is good for transit. the staff is really helpful and they tried to explain everything about your questions. nice swimming pool in the garden. prices are pretty good.

    We loved our short stay at this Villa. The host was very nice and helpful. We arrived too early, so he proposed to wait for our rooms at the outside terrace. The guest house was very clean, equipped with everything you may need, even an outdoor grill. The location is perfect, very quiet although the highway is so close.
