Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations – we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

Richard is the best. He gave me instructions for everything and even had a plan to still enjoy the national park, if it’s raining/cloudy all day. 5-10min walk to the entrance of the park.

The service was very warm and very thoughtful in organizing our trip, the hilltop setting was great, the village was very clean, and after the heavy rain, it was just as beautiful as the picture! My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).
