A perfect hostel: social common area, great location, clean rooms... There are numerous activities offered and the shared homemade dinners are amazing. I made friends immediately upon arrival and spent basically my entire first night there singing Taylor Swift songs with the hostel owner :) 100% recommend!

A very modern hotel with an interior design reminiscent of traditional Chinese architecture, but with all the possible comforts. The garden terrace surrounded by mountains makes you feel in nature, while you eat the fantastic breakfast they prepare. It's like a dream. The staff were simply lovely, they helped us with everything. The area was also incredible, very close to the mountains we wanted to go to. And especially next to the Daimon mountain, which, without being the most famous, was our favorite, for its views and because of the few people who go there. We will return one day!!!

Excellent location!! Within walking distance of Lao Zhai mountain and the landscape depicted on the 20 yuan note. There's also an electric bike rental just a stone's throw from this inn.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had both the western and chinese breakfast and were delicious. We could also put the laundry ourselves and free of charge. Would definitely come back!

This homestay was absolutely wonderful! The scenery was breathtaking, and the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and attentive. Located just a short distance from the Li River scenic area, the air was fresh and clean—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous treats and local snacks they offered us. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond, giving us detailed tips on the best places to visit and how to make the most of our trip. The hotel is super convenient, walkable to lots of restaurants. The lady at the tour desk/ coffee bar was really helpful and she made good coffee! All staff members we met (from the Security at the gate, the Reception, Housekeeping, to the technician who came to check on our A/C) were very friendly and courteous. The pool was in excellent size.

Best location if you're coming from Guilin City by train . Upon arrival at Yangshuo Railway Station . Upon exit take the Bus ( 5 yuan) going to Xiping bus station..The hostel is just a 2 minutes walk.The hostel is at the back of the main road.So very quiet.Many Restaurants nearby and just a minute walk at the main road.The owner doesn't speak much English but He is always smiling..All the information is posted on the wall .The best hike is to go to Laozhai Hill. The main entrance is near the ferry and boat tours in Li River and about 550 meters from the hostel.20-30 minutes hike to the highest View point. The bamboo boats are across the bridge near Xiping Ancient city . The room and bathroom is clean.bed is comfy. There's a filtered water to drink.

The place was clean and light, though not too busy given the time of year (March). Most impressive was the host who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering to help wherever she could. A wonderful addition to my stay in Xingping!
