The heartwarming welcome that the entire team gave to my partner and me. This attitude continued during our entire stay and I can't stress enough how much we appreciated their genuine interest and care for our wellbeing and for providing us with a truly unforgettable stay. Diana and her colleagues are incredible people and I sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to visit their extraordinary hotel again one day. The place is an oasis of hospitality, our room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable with a great private shower and an incredible bed. The food that the restaurant offers is very tasty and carefully prepared. I loved every single second of our 3 days stay!

Was a great stay we came back a second time. Met Jan who gave us a great tour of the city. Both Snr Felix and Jan very welcoming and great with history on Santa marta and advice. The bedroom was nice, comfortable and lots of ventilation, the bathroom was reasonably clean and the breakfast (w coffee) was a nice extra. Made Santa Marta one of my favourite cities to visit in Colombia so far! The buses to Park Tayrona were passed by 2 streets over.

    Everything was lovely. Very clean and very attentive staff. The location was perfect, we could easily access the beach and main tourist area. We booked a trip to the Lost City and returned here to unwind afterwards. They also dealt with our laundry. The swimming pool was well kept and a welcome retreat.

    The location of this gem is ideal. It is on the malecon but tucked in off the street so it is relaxing and quiet. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant has superb food and the breakfasts are a highlight. We will be coming back. The hotel is close to everything and we walked everywhere and took a taxi to playa blanca for the day.
