Justin and his team are like a family, Justin will tell you about anything you need to know for your stay. I loved the free breakfast and caters for vegans. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, the fans for me are better than aircon, keeps away mosquitos and is less wasteful. I really love the sustainability and mindfully travel experience Justin and his team are creating.

We could not ask for a better place. The house is like a dream, with a nice terrace looking into the beach and the sea. My favourite part was the bathroom, which was outdoor but really sheltered. Jorge was very kind and helpful. In the room there is good coffee (real one) and a cafetière. Next door there is a restaurant where we had wonderful breakfast every day and the best pizza in Colombia (I am Italian and really fussy about pizza). We could park the car just behind the property.

The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay the best. Their cute and well-behaved animals were a big plus! The hostel is clean, the beds comfortable and the aircon great (and necessary). Delicious breakfast. Good wifi! Located in a calmer part of Santa Marta with fewer restaurants, although close to the beach. A bit noisy during the evenings due to the traffic outside. Ideal for people traveling in groups or in pairs.

Felix is a super great host! It is not the typical hotel, it is like staying with a family. I used it mostly, to visit the Tayrona national park. Felix and his friends were super helpful about planning everything, for taking the bus and keeping some stuff, while I was hiking in the park. The bus is just leaving two minutes away from the place and just costs 8000 COP, for go to the park. For me it was an amazing stay, Felix and his friends are super friendly and so helpful and flexible!

    Everything was lovely. Very clean and very attentive staff. The location was perfect, we could easily access the beach and main tourist area. We booked a trip to the Lost City and returned here to unwind afterwards. They also dealt with our laundry. The swimming pool was well kept and a welcome retreat.

    The location of this gem is ideal. It is on the malecon but tucked in off the street so it is relaxing and quiet. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant has superb food and the breakfasts are a highlight. We will be coming back. The hotel is close to everything and we walked everywhere and took a taxi to playa blanca for the day.
