This villa comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms, and there are also two additional sofas – one in the living room and one in a bedroom. The villa is very spacious and well-designed: the living room and kitchen are large and cozy, and the bedrooms are also very comfortable (just note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have windows). The pool was very clean. There are two large dining tables in the house, along with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and hosting a party or barbecue – with ice buckets, a huge number of plates, glasses, cups, a toaster, a good coffee machine, a large fridge, etc. The bed was very comfortable, with several pillows and high-quality bedding. The lower-level bedrooms have a stunning view of the pool. We were also pleasantly surprised to find another small kitchen and a nice bathroom on the lower floor (there are four bathrooms in total). You can park 2–3 cars on the property, and there is additional parking near the villa, along with a café and a taverna nearby. The host, Kristina, is very kind and welcoming and was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay in this house again!

It was very clean, comfortable and the room had everything we needed. It also had nice outdoor space with a good size parking area. The host was very accommodating and provided clear instructions with checking in to the property. Overall was pleasant and very happy with our stay.

Amazing apartment in city centre of Larnaca, beautiful spacious room with small well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, large and clean bathroom, big wardrobe, balcony. The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.
