Perfectly clean. The apartment is really like on the pictures,the beach is nearby, but you have to cross the road. The nice smell and fresh air in the apartment-very spacious. Beautiful balcony,nice view. Friendly stuff. This part of Larnaca is quiet, less shops and loudly crowds.

Everything was perfect. It's a nicely renewed apartment, fully equipped with every necessary things. The balcony is very nice, you can see the airplanes and the ocean. It's close to the airport and also the highway is near, some restaurants in walking distance too. It also has a designated parking space. The communication was good, Christos was very helpful all the time. The place is absolutely good for children as well.

We recently spent 12 days at this hotel over the Christmas period. The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was memorable. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. The room was of a very high standard with luxury toiletries. Downstairs had a fantastic bar and restaurant. We ate here several times, and every meal was great. The bar is extremely well stocked, and the place is spotlessly clean throughout. 10 out of 10. We can't wait to come back again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-equipped everything was. The apartment had everything we needed—cleaning supplies, bed sheets, plenty of towels and all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. It was clear that the host put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need. One of the highlights for us was the breathtaking view of the sea from every single room in the apartment. It made our mornings so special, just waking up to that view. The host was beyond amazing—friendly, thoughtful, and very accommodating. He gave us lots of helpful information about the area and was incredibly flexible with check-out time, which we really appreciated. To top it all off, he greeted us at 6 a.m. with a warm welcome, complete with pastries, water, and coffee capsules for the entire duration of our stay. That thoughtful touch really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. 10/10 experience!

"The cleanliness and attention to detail are remarkable! The property owner is approachable, welcoming, and friendly, (thank you for making my stay worthwhile) as is the entire staff. The building is beautifully designed, featuring marble throughout. You can easily enjoy a breath of fresh air from the balcony. The bed is incredibly comfortable and spacious, complete with his and hers robes and slippers. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, all brand new, including laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch—making it easy to leave with clean clothes.
