Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay with great bathtub with massage option. The location was great either—close to the main attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, fresh, and worth to pay to be included in the stay. It was the perfect way to start each day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations, which made us feel at home right away. Overall, it was a perfect experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I hope there will be a chance to visit again!

The accomodation is very modern in terms of facilities and the style simultaneously fits with the amazingly beautiful Cesky Raj surroundings.     Exactly like the photo - what you see is what you get. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful private garden. Free Public parking literally at the entrance . Good location: 15 minutes drive to Prachov rocks, 7 minutes drive to Troski Castle, 20 to Jicin. Mini Market at the other side of parking lot.
